Chirp, chirp...
Whoo! Nothing like a week of radio silence to put the pressure on to post something extra special! Alas, M. has had a relatively calm week it seems...no weird run-ins with custodial staff involving any degree of nudity this Sunday!(Insert collective sigh of relief here...) Anyway, M. has finally been able to start getting into a routine at work, and has even found time to restart his PT program. Lately, he's been channeling his inner grade-schooler by jumping rope as one of his primary means of cardiovascular exercise and logging hundreds of situps in his free time. Apparently, he's seeing some pretty good results from desert PT! During a phone call over the weekend, we were discussing all of the exercise he's been doing and M. said, "Hey, the fourpack's even back!" And I was impressed! They've been incredibly busy, the weather hasn't been great and on top of it all, there's just not a lot of extra room to exercise...but despite all the distractions, he's been able to buckle down and the fourpack's back! So I'm thinking, that's really something! And then he says, "Well, okay, to see it, I do have to suck my stomach in, just a little, kind of twist sideways and hunch forward. But it's defintely there!" And I couldn't be more proud! Love you, M., two pack or whatever!
