Glücklichen Valentinstag!

Glücklichen Valentinstag from Garmisch, Germany! (The photo to the left is the view from our hotel room here!) After a long journey, M. arrived home right on schedule on this weekend! After quick stops to pack some essentials, we hit the road and arrived here yesterday afternoon. The weather (and the snowy surroundings!) have been absolutely beautiful and M.'s rest AND relaxation are both well under way! M. headed downstairs to the hotel spa for a much-needed massage this morning, so his muscles are on their way to recovery...at least until we hit the slopes later this week for some skiing! We feel very lucky that we are able to spend this Valentine's Day together, and we're even enjoying some champagne this evening...served in the beautiful Waterford goblets from our wedding, no less! (Thanks Mom and Dad B.!) M. says that he thinks this is "the best Valentine's Day ever." I agree completely, and couldn't have said it better myself! So, from M. and me, love to all of you celebrating in the west, and have a happy, happy Valentine's Day!
